Trailer Launch Event Details
Today, the producers revealed that an exciting event will be held, which will be attended by Shraddha Kapoor herself. It was also announced that the film's title has been officially changed from Thama to Thamma.
It was later confirmed that the trailer will be launched during the event. This event will take place at Bandra Fort on Friday, September 26th. Usually, film events are limited to the media and film crew, but this time, the trailer launch for Thamma was open to the general public.
Free tickets for the trailer launch were made available to fans on BookMyShow this morning, and shockingly, the event sold out in just minutes. Despite the tickets being free, it is commendable that word spread so fast and fans instantly booked their slots.

Release date locked
Last weekend, Bollywood Hungama reported that Thamma would release either on Tuesday, October 21st, or Wednesday, October 22nd.
The poster released today didn't specify the exact date, but trade sources have confirmed that Thamma will release on October 21st.
A trade source told :
"Thamma's release date was locked a few days ago. It will release on October 21st, clashing with another Diwali release, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat."
The source also added:
"The makers will specify the exact release date with the trailer, which will launch on Friday."
