Affiliate Disclosure
Some links earn us a commission. Here is exactly how that works and what it does not buy.

The short version
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and subscribe or buy something, we may receive a commission from the retailer or streaming service. It costs you nothing extra — the price is identical whether you use our link or go direct.
Where they appear
Mostly in our streaming guides, where a “where to watch” link points at a service, and occasionally in features linking to books, soundtracks or physical media. Any article containing affiliate links carries a disclosure at the top of the page as well as here.
The Bollywood Wave participates in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon and affiliated sites. We participate in comparable programmes run by streaming platforms and retailers.
What it does not buy
Commission does not influence our reviews, our ratings, or which films we cover. No affiliate partner has any input into editorial decisions or sees an article before publication. We recommend a service because it is where the film actually is, not because of what it pays.
If the honest answer to “where should I watch this” is a service we earn nothing from, that is the answer we publish. Our editorial policy sets out the separation in full.
Advertising
Separately from affiliate links, this site carries display advertising. Advertisers have no involvement in editorial content and no advance sight of it. How advertising cookies work is described in our privacy policy.
Sponsored content
We do not currently publish sponsored articles. If that changes, any such article will be labelled “Sponsored” prominently at the top of the page, excluded from our review coverage, and its links marked rel="sponsored".
